Please read below for important changes implemented at Spencer Family Chiropractic regarding booking services.

For NEW Members: The New Patient experience includes our comprehensive neurological scanning technology, a consultation with the doctor, and a physical examination. On your second visit, the doctor will review your scan and examination findings and provide their clinical recommendations in the form of your own individualized care plan for you and/or your family member(s). If you decide to accept care, your first adjustment will then be performed. Adjustments are not given on the first visit.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your first two appointment slots. This deposit will be credited towards your first visit and/or your personalized care plan discussed at your second visit upon signup.

If you choose to utilize insurance benefits, an estimate will be run and a separate charge (deductible, copay, etc) depending on your benefits may be applicable.

For EXISTING Members: Please reserve your appointment time below for the service you wish. Call us at (480) 904-2583 if you wish to book an appointment time not listed below. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

In order to respect the time of our doctors as well as other members who may wish to reserve an appointment, a fee of the value of the missed service will be charged for any no-call, no-show. If you anticipate missing your scheduled appointment, please call or email our office, and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
